Today should be a happy day...but instead i feel moody..reason maybe being ...a ending marks a new start too...you know de la...humans are lazy to start new things de...but if we remain to stay in our comfort zone which we maybe know...its not the harvest you want after all...the best solution is to progress and move on to another place...before i start blogging about other things..i should really praise a bit of my current boss...Mr Ivan Ho..despite he knew that i'm leaving..he came down to the outlet and we had a heart to heart chat...which i feel...'hey hey'..at least he cares about it....ytd got my pay check..which is suppose to be due on 25th May...maybe this marks the era of delayed pay checks from now on....all i-hubbers hear me...Mr Ho is going to take over the payroll thing...please submit all claims before time and he will make sure you guys get yr pay on time..
actually i been wanting to include my route of advancment in the company..here it goes..i started work in ihub since 6th day of CNY 2007...i remembered getting a angbao on that day too..1st place i went was AMK 2..which is that time in front of a spectacle shop...that time the in charge was ZAS..which pple call him 大魔头。。haha..i remember the 1st thing he ask me was...I HEARD PTPL PEOPLE CAN SELL LG VERY WELL...which in my heart i answered..got such thing meh ..den after working 3 days with him...i was den asked to go to tpy1 instead..managed by alpha and chris...which is the most profitable outlet ever..located at tpy guardian..althought at that time was just like a small counter..it also generates the most profit for the company..concurrently i also go to old tp2 to help out...manage by pretty fuji..
one day...mr alpha ask me wherethe i m ready for a new challenge...which is going to a new outlet with him...which is the current AMK This Fashion...i was reluctant at first but after which i also agree lo....i was in amk branch for the following 7 months...leaving out last 2 months without alpha being around for most of the time...and i survive!!even with the so call very hard to 相处 的 Chong...hahah ..but seriously after working with him...i also learnt a great deal of things from him and we also become closer to each other...after Amk...i was again asked to go for a new challenge...which is a malay village...Tampines..mostly malay customer over there...to me Tamp is a 老人院...super relax yet can do business still...those people that have been to Tamp will always have this concept...这里山高路远。。好地方。。hahah so as i camp in tamp..i camp straight for 3 months..i stablise situation in tamp..feel good about the results produced but sad to say...I haven reach SM stage.
Here comes my greatest challenge of my time in ihub...to try and see can revive old tp2 business..before i went there...their highest record is around 11k..1st month i went there..i hitting 14k...which i feel confident...and for the following months i continue to chiong and eventually finished at 16k highest point..that time at tp2 was one of those that i really enjoyed...because my next door was always a challenge..its either with Chong or even Jeffery..we are like comparing who got the first kill and stuff...but its stressful yet fufilling..its just like a everyday battle..to see who is the Blackest Shop of all!!ahhah ....during my time in tp2..something happened..i got demoted and fine for the mistake i done..from that time onwards...i told myself..i can do 10 things right..1 thing wrong...i be in deep shit..and indeed this incident casted a mark on my heart..anyway after speaking to Mr ho..den i understood the whole story..upon knowing the real true ...i feel wronged but its too late..during tp2 time which lasted for 6 months..its time for next challenge
The last challenge is at AMK...which is the place i once managed so well...with good results..but this time is really different already..first 2 weeks i come here...i still feel its still can be done ...after which no CI news as well as economics came crashing down...results i know no longer obtainable already...i can be trying till the last day ...yet cant revive situation..during this time of the crisis...lotsa pple left the company and few of our outlet also took time off..sometimes..back to basics is the best method though..nevertheless..company preparing for new tactics with new com scheme...opening new shop also..which is maybe a good method...down period is also good time for business...i guess all readers getting real boring with my career liao..ahha...i shall end with a quote i always feel which is real right...要作大事。。要先学会作人。。Thanks to all people below..Of course to people that left before i left....like chong..kk..jeff..judy...and many more...thanks thanks
